Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Regular price $22.98

I've had a sack of matcha green tea in my icebox for a couple of months. I use it incidentally to make a counterfeit green tea vanilla latte. Notwithstanding, I haven't had one out of some time.

Hoping to go through the matcha powder, I figured I'd attempt a new low carb drink. This time, I selected to make a keto matcha green tea smoothie.

To thicken up the smoothie, I included some chia seeds. As the seeds assimilate the fluid, the smoothie will thicken.

In the event that you'd like a thicker smoothie, you can include some glucomannan or thickener.

I cherish normal green tea, yet it set aside me a long effort to attempt matcha. My first taste was in green tea frozen yogurt which is generally made with matcha to get the splendid green shading.

I've made green tea dessert with standard tea sacks. In any case, it doesn't have a similar taste as those made with matcha powder.

That is the reason I at long last separated and requested matcha. Up until now, the snappy latte is the thing that I've been utilizing it for.

I trust you appreciate this green tea smoothie as much as I do.

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons plain whole milk Greek yogurt use coconut cream for dairy free

Combine all ingredients with blender until smooth. I find that a stick blender works best and is the easiest to clean.
